Is there such a thing as a RAW brownie?!

The RAW Brownie Recipe

Ingredients: 2 cups raw walnuts 2 ½ cups Medjool dates 1 cup raw cacao 1 cup raw unsalted almonds ¼ tsp. sea salt Directions: 1. Begin by adding almonds to food processor and pulse until roughly chopped. Transfer to bowl and put aside for later use. 2. Place walnuts in food processor and blend on high until finely ground. 3. Add the cacao and salt. Pulse to combine. 4. Measure out dates, then remove all pits. Add the dates one at a time through the feed tube of the food processor while it is running. You will end up with a mix that looks like cake crumbs, but that when pressed, will easily stick together (if the mixture does not hold together well, add more dates). 5. In a large bowl, combine the walnut-cacao mix with the chopped almonds. Press into a lined cake pan or mold. I like to use cupcake tins because it makes them easier to share or measure out individual servings. Once mix is in the mold, place in freezer for 30 minutes. 6. Transfer brownies to an airtight container and store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Brownies will stay fresh for about a week, but there is no way that they’ll last that long!
