Shop-BOB Cares creates entertainment and educational programming that helps to uplift the community by connecting BIPOC Owned Businesses and existing nonprofits and organizations. These events provide opportunities for businesses to reach the community in new ways to build lasting relationships.
Our Mission
Shop-BOB Cares is a NY State 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting extraordinary individuals that are making an impact in their local communities. Shop-BOB Cares helps to fund their mission FORWARD by connecting them with our network of businesses allowing them to focus on their mission. Our programs highlight business development, youth activities and youth employment.

Y.P.O.P. x FUNBASH
We partner with FUNBASH, a BIPOC owned mobile gaming service, creating onsite event in underserved communities that provide safe spaces to help heighten morale and build positive engagement in the community. These events also hire Youth ages 14 and up to facilitate games and learn leadership skills. Together we have served over 5,000 families throughout the NYC TriState Area.
Y.P.O.P. x MUSIC UNBOXED
We partner with Music Unboxed, a Latin founded organization dedicated to expanding musical culture by producing concerts, student workshops and events that unites communities and musicians. Their mission is to build stronger communities through live music events.
Our Fall 2023 programming in Staten Island includes intro to percussion. FREE for youth ages 8-13
Y.P.O.P. YOUTH EMPLOYMENT
We partner with local communities and agencies to employ Black Youth, ages 14 and up. We mentor and teach them digital marketing and design that also helps to support small local businesses. Within our 1 year of launching this program in 2022, we have successfully employed over 70 youths. Our goal is the reach 100 kids by the end of the year.
