Building a Stronger Future Together
SB Cares creates opportunities that strengthen communities through youth employment, community-centered initiatives, and meaningful partnerships.
We provide young people with practical skills, paid work experience, and pathways to grow. We bring families and organizations together through safe, engaging community programs that encourage connection, confidence, and positive participation. And we help create economic opportunity by connecting local businesses to resources, visibility, and new revenue opportunities.
At the heart of our work is a simple belief: when people are connected to the right opportunities, communities grow stronger.

Youth Workforce
Real Experience. Real Skills. Real Opportunity.
SB Cares partners with New York City agencies, universities, and workforce organizations to provide young people with meaningful, real-world work experiences.
Participants gain hands-on experience in digital media, content creation, business development, community engagement, event production, and other professional skills while working alongside our team on real projects.
Through initiatives like our Digital Visibility Program, young people also have opportunities to apply those skills by helping small businesses and community organizations strengthen their online presence—creating impact for both the youth we employ and the communities we serve.

SB Playground
Play. Laugh. Connect.
SB Playground partners with approved 501(c)(3) organizations to strengthen their community outreach through free, interactive youth gaming experiences.
With support from community donors and corporate sponsors, SB Cares brings engaging game activations directly to nonprofit events and programs—helping our partners create welcoming spaces for families, increase engagement, and further their mission.
SB Playground is provided at no cost to approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.
Applications are reviewed based on eligibility, community impact, availability, and available sponsorship funding.
