RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Shop-BOB. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return label which you can use to ship the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
