Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY All services must be booked in advance. Monthly services begin after payment is received. Clients must submit content at least 7 days in advance for scheduling. Delays in content submission may affect posting schedule and are the client’s responsibility. PAYMENT POLICY All services are billed monthly in advance. Payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Failure to submit payment will result in a pause of services. CANCELLATION Monthly services require a 7-day notice prior to the next billing cycle to cancel. Cancellations made after billing has been processed will apply to the following month. No partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle. ⚠️ Scope of Work Reminder Services are limited to the package selected. Additional requests (editing, strategy, extra posts) may require an added fee.
